If you ignore "setting your personal combination" information, this may lead to you damaging the padlock and as such, Monster Padlocks cannot accept any returns.
If however, you do not like the colour of your padlock, and the padlock and or the packing is not damaged in anyway, then Monster Padlocks will be happy to exchage the padlock for another colour.
